Prior to founding Veles, he worked at Robinhood and Aegis Capital, giving him experience across both technology-driven brokerage and traditional securities markets. He earned a BBA in Finance from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business and holds the Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 63 and 82 qualifications.
Lexi Pavlovic
Chief Financial Officer
Lexi Pavlovic is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Veles Securities, overseeing the firm's financial and operational infrastructure. Her prior experience includes Robinhood and TD Ameritrade. She earned a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business and holds the Series 3, 7, 24, 63 and 27 qualifications.
Charles Smulevitz
Chief Compliance Officer
Charles Smulevitz serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Veles Securities and brings approximately two decades of securities-industry experience spanning broker-dealer compliance, supervision, trading and operations. He holds numerous FINRA qualifications, including the Series 4, 7, 14, 24, 28, 53, 57, 66 and 79.
Clint Kruse
Vice President
Clint Kruse is a Vice President at Veles Securities with more than two decades of experience in investment management and securities distribution. His career includes senior roles at Cambria Investment Management, Longboard Asset Management, Ivy Funds and ING Funds, spanning business development, national accounts and investment-product distribution. He earned a BBA from the University of Iowa and holds the Series 3, 4, 7, 24 and 63 qualifications.
